octane wont be deinstalled in w10

today i tried opening blender and working on a project of mine again and could not start the blender edition.
again my license was "in use" , this is twice in short while actually.


so i went on and downloaded the latest versions thinking i was using a deprecated version, but in order to keep my system clean and conflict free i decided to uninstall older version aswell.
i went through the usual steps via w10 add/remove.

the problem:
the software is deinstalled but frustratingly remains in the program list. that means i have now a bunch of stack of older version trash which makes tracking the installed version more difficult, aswell as annoys the hell out of me since i would like to strive to have a clean system.
oh and needless to say the new version didnt work anyway. i tried unlocking the license and that did nothing but will make a new thread for that.
