First try with some layered texture masks.
The gold is one material, the bag a other and the hard reflection the last.
The next try is to work a little bit on the uv´s on the bottom and to add a bump map.
After that i will add some gummi bears.

Yes i have a 285 2gb gpu and i will buy a 460 2gb soon.

You think a 460 and 285 is similar?
If so, i Sold off Mine and take a 460 2 g.
