Please help!
It was just a short period of happines!

Maybe this helps to find a solution for this crazy behaviour.
I use the same NIC and PW for the User Account and for the forum account. Should i change these?
For rendering i use a different machine as for browsing the forum in the moment.
Maybe some automatic backup services that re- inactivate my forum account!??
edit: maybe i get crazy or i should write a book at the end and get famous and rich lol

Sorry but this has been enough now, i've got a lot of work to do and do not have time for these games...
If you want to use the opportunity you have while we are working hard to get the registration server up back here to throw more fire on the wood, go ahead.
I hope the healthy people on the forums will understand.

My intention is not to throw any fire in any wood, my intention was just to get back into licensed-customer area for which i paid for.
Maybe i understand you wrong as i am not native english speaking but of what games are you talking!
You can ask for understanding for these problems due to your movin and try to excuse and of course i would be patient.
But its not a game i play! Its your server migration/move which makes this problems.
Some other customers like pixelrush are real helpful and try to excuse this problems and i was real happy about that!
..ok..breath, take your time and dont get mad on the customers.

BELIEVE ME! I am not entering a wrong password nor a wrong username;)
As i told you, its the same username, same email and same pw for the customer area and there it still works.. ******
Its the correct username and pw! It works for a few minutes in the forum, i wrote as real "dave62" in the forum but now its broke again.
I cant even reset the password via "forgot password" link. It says "The email/user information submitted could not be found"
I can proof it if you dont believe (screenshots).Just tell me and ill send you via email.
But the betterway you can check it for yourself if you like: just type after clicking "forgot password" username: dave62
and then email: ++++++
You can check it in your database thats my account!

"Username or Password is incorrect. If you require support please contact us via email at [email protected]"
I better give up for today! Makes no sense to do two steps forward and then three steps backwards again..
But at least octane still works:)
