GPU usage

Hi, I'm new in Octane, and I see in the Windows task manager Octane uses almost 15% of the graphics card power... is it normal? what am I doing wrong?

Maya 2019, Ryzen 7 16 VCPU, 32 GB , RTX 2060 6GB.

Some help please? I see it's using the CPU instead the GPU... I know this can be a very basic question but I am in a trouble...
