Hi, is it possible to bake lighting? I mean something like light cache in Vray. I know it can cause lower quality, but i have to render animations, so...
I am not interested in exporting something to unity and etc.
Is it possible to bake light in order to get fast flicker-free animations?

It's been too many years since I used VRay to remember how it was done there, but you can certainly bake lights and/or textures in Octane C4D.

I'm actually doing something very similar right now -- I found this great little script someone created called 'octane easy bake' (helps you bake a whole bunch of objects all at once; 75 in my case) the guy was even nice enough to make some modifications to it for me.

You'll be baking more than just light, you're baking light into the textures -- but it has been working great for my purposes: an interior archviz scene.
