activate / deactivate procedure

Hello - is there a video or tutorial on the correct procedure to activate / deactivate an Octane Subscription on one machine and use it on another?

Whatever instance that authenticated. Has to de-authenticate. Just closed and not running will not release the instance holding the license.
This becomes very confusing when running multiple instances. The clue is always on the account/licenses page. There he tells you who to launch, and do the de-authentication.
