LiveDB Materials are white after downloading

Hi,
i'am new to octane since a few days via the 20$/month subscription licence.
(Btw … is that the reason i can't post in most topics of this forum?)

My problem is that when i download a material from the LiveDB (same problem with LocalDB, i purchased the GSG modern surface materials), the dowloaded material is just white or greyish and looks nothing like in the LiveDB-window. In the nodes it looks like there is fE a texture wrangeled fE into the albeto … but the material is just plain white. Happens with every material i tried to download. I do it just like it is said in the manual.

I'm in Cinema4d R20 under Win10 and using the last update from Octane. Of cause i saved the file before downloading a material.
Do anyone has an idea why this happens? And what i could do about that issue?

fyi: updating the plugin to 9.1.3 solved the issue
