
Octane-Blender VS Octane-C4D in term of Material Node
I picked up the Free Octane Render Blender 2.8 yesterday and today I found out the Octane nodes inside Blender are somewhat different from those from C4D. I found out about this while learning to render with Octane from people who use C4D. Octane nodes from Blender actually missing some inputs and features. The node systems are inconsistent between these programs. Why is the Octane Addon was made and port to Blender so sloppy?
