Octane unassigned materials when using render region

Whenever I render region in the LV, all the materials get unassigned from my objects. I just end back up with a white diffuse material assigned.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. Didn't pin it on the region rendering but I guess its entirely possible it has something to do with it as well. I mostly experience this when having multiple materials applied on one object so that I can create variations (in the OM the right most is the one getting rendered) but the funny thing is that the object that "looses" a material is a random object in the scene not the one I'm working on.

Yeah it's super weird. I hope it gets addressed.

Please make a proper report with information of how to reproduce. It's not a thing heard before.
