RandomColor For Instanced

I'm trying to randomize the color for the instance , but can't find RandomColor node in houdini , there is Texture instancer color node which doesn't give me a random value between 0 and 1 per instance ? i am miss something ?

I'm using octane 2019.1.2 and houdini 17.5.391 .

The node is there, it is the "Procedural RandomColor".
