Octane nightmare continue ... Authentication impossible

Hello,

Since i install V4, activation was lost time to time (most often when using several 3dsmax on the same computer).
I get back activation by just clicking activate.

Today octane suddenly lost activation, by clicking activate i get the octanerender authentication panel open.
I use my account.otoy.com credits liked asked and i get error the provided OTOY account username blablablabla ...

I need to work, i've been losing enough time with octane buggy versions.

What can i do ???

Resetting account did the job, but why do i loose activation ?
This never happens before ?

Nope, my lan is full wired.
Never had problems with activation before i update to v4.

personally I don't know why, it's not depend on Octane for 3dsMax plugin, but eventually on SDK.
