Hi,
I have a subscription license, and I'm wondering if I can use more than 2 GPUs or use network rendering on another machine.
According to this, I would think that I can use more than 2 gpus and can network render:

According to this, I would think that I cannot use more than 2 gpus and cannot network render:

Also, if I CAN network render, do I need to buy another subscription for the other PC?
Basically, I want to know if I can use more GPUS, and also find out if I need to have them all in one machine to use them with Octane.
Im using this version of Octane with C4D: viewtopic.php?f=85&t=72696
Could someone please clarify?
Thanks,
Gavin

The best thing is to wait because soon ( whenever it will be ) will be more subscription options like network node rent.

Yeah, I think these things are a bit long overdue when it comes to getting these things consolidated so to speak... Anyho, from what I heard, V4 has unlimited GPUs no matter if perpetual or subscription. Every other version (2018+) is limited to 2 GPUs on subscriptions.
Mind you though, thats what I heard, not sure if its exactly like that.

No. V4 is the last version without limitations that comes from subscription plan ( 2 GPU, no net rendering etc. ). For all next versions ( 2018, 2019 ... ) you must pay - annual enterprise if you want without limitations or monthly subscription with limitations. But new subscriptions options are coming with probably new pricing plan. - SOON -shapirog wrote:Interesting.... I was under the impression that 2019 was the latest version. Is 4 actually the latest version?
