Yes, the rendered image at this size will require ~80mb, so there's a lot of space for meshes and textures left.
The limitation in Octane is currently at 8k*8k, however you would need more memory for that.

No, I use two cards, because I have 3 monitors; This setup unfortunately doesn't improve the interface speed.
I can't say how long it takes, it depends too much on the scene. However you can use the demo and extrapolate it, because the Sample/sec speed doesn't change with the resolution. (note that the current version doesn't produce as many fireflies as the old demo)
