If we are talking about Lupin III, then yes. Actually I don't remember the film, or if I ever saw it, but I was watching the anime series on TV - mainly the 2. and 3. 'season'. It probably depends on where you live and if it was aired in your country. It was never aired in Slovenia, but I live near the border with Italy and learned italian as a child, so I watched it on their TV channels.
