Hello,
It doesn't exist. As far as heard plugin for 2.8x will be based on the latest Octane releases only.

The idea is to possibly integrate Octane 4 in Blender 2.8, but it won't happen before the current version is completed (feature complete and stable).

Hm .. an I just wanted to ask this :/ Blender 2.8 is such a big important step, that it would be decent to have Octane 4 Standalone integrated into it...

Why do you want older version of Octane which has less features?

Are the new ones not subscription only? I'm just a hobbyist, having occasional fun and I need standalone things in my life, that do not pile up monthly expense and that have doable upgrade prices for hobbyists (aka noncomemrcial use etc).
