activation problem

Hi I cannot run octane v5.
I come up with "Wrong reply from server "mesage in red.
I deactivated and automaticly re-activated ( 1 hour time passed) from web.
but nothing happened. same error pops up when running octane.

Today my pc got stroke with somekind of a problem, where I lost my major raid data disk.
But when I disconnected the faulty Hard drive. The system is working as it should.
After the system stalled from hardware, my user setting files seems to be corrupted. ( Windows Media player pops up and asks me about the file associations) like i've never did before.

Could it be the reason?

Please answer asap. I have jobs to be rendered.

they're in the middle of a move to another server, and since pre-beta isn't redundant, they have an outage. Good news is, they're going to make it redundant I guess. Anyway - that's what the cause is, they haven't said how long, just that it's going to be more than a few hours to get it back up and going.

correction, it's back up now - the information is just one post below this one ( read a few before posting perhaps? ). I know it can be kinda crazy when you are not able to get something done that needs to be done.

Also, they do state constantly, that pre-beta's don't have redundancy, and that you shouldn't do anything crucial on them.

As already said: we're preparing the infrastructure for the final beta 2.3, with west coast and east coast machines, europe and asia / south pacific,
4 clustered and redundant machines, so don't worry.

Rome was'nt built in a week...
