Look nice. Nice details in the highlights. Not sure if you have SSS setup for this skin material or not. If you want to see the SSS effect, you can enable the Subsurface scattering Render Pass. If all black then there is no SSS effect on the skin.

Thanks! The highlight details are from normal maps.
Yes, there is SSS, though it's pretty subtle. I thought having the SSS map multiplied with a red RGB node looked a bit better than with just the SSS map which looked a little too bright on the shadows to me...
But what do you think?
EDIT: Hmm... I've been having some trouble on Firefox viewing accurate colors... For some reason my Photoshop keeps trying to view (and apparently save) pics in CMYK proof-settings or something...
If the middle pic looks different from the original render above, that's why.

Yup, the SSS Map multiplied by red does look better that the others. I have noticed some SSS Maps are already reddish with the new characters.
Check your Photoshop color settings (Edit->Color Settings). Under the Settings: drop down it should be North America General Purpose 2 or North America Web / Internet. You can also enable the Profile Missing and Mismatch warnings so that when you open the image you can set the correct profile if it is different from your workspace. For Web, it should be sRGB.
