Hi Elvissuperstar007,
it will be fixed in next plugin release.
workaround > use a standard Composite texture, with the standard bitmap texture as the single layer.
it will be baked, and all bitmap settings will be applied (eg output / Invert, Noise, UV angle, as well as cropping).
