Troubles on Material converter

This is a problem that I have ever had since the first plugin release: having some simple Vray materials (with only diffuse channel and a texture inside) I have often Cinema4d crash.
This happen also tring to convert only one materials or also converting all the materials togheter.

Since I have to convert a huge quantity of materials now this is a big problem for me.
Anyone have the same problem or could tell me how to resolve?

You should have vray plugin installed, otherwise can crash and can't convert.

Hi Ahmet, thanks as always for your reply.

Yes I have the last Vray plugin installed, infacts in some case the convertion works.
But without a rule, sometimes works (with few materials at time) and the major time don't work and cinema crash or hangs.

I have a sample scene that here don't want to work.
I'd happy to load here but Otay seems to stop my Ip so I'm enable to upload files on the forum!!

what's your vray and octane versions?

Vray 1.9 - Octane 2.24
Cinema R16

Again after some tests, i see crashes but it's not in our plugin. If i try without vray plugin, it doesn't crashes. But loose their textures. Our converter works fine with standard materials also. So conclusion?

I would love to know if anyone was able to get this to function, I have the IDENTICAL problem. To the T -- I can't find any consistent rationale for what is causing this freeze/hang to occur.
