Ordered Wednesday night - no activation email today :-(

Hi there. I ordered Octane last night (UK time) but haven't received a license email today (it's now 7pm). I sent an email to the license@... address but got a "this office is closed" auto-responder.

Are there any issues with completing purchases at the moment?

I think Refractive are busy shifting offices so there might be a delay in processing the activation.
AFAIK its still a manual system so you are waiting on a body to do this.
Shouldnt be too long.
I havent noticed the guys in the forums much over the last week either.

Darn, that's a shame. I'm away for the weekend and I was hoping to take the manual to read.

I'll just have to keep playing with material balls until they get sorted out. After coming from Vue I'm hopelessly hooked on the speed and quality of material previews. I've been getting stunning results from Arroway textures in minutes (rather than endless rounds of tweaking and re-rendering) because the feedback from changes is so fast.

Not to mention that I can have depth of field effects for apparently virtually no render time cost

Thanks Radiance, I've replied to the email I got with my receipt details. I don't think it's helped that my Paypal email address is different from the one I use publicly for everything else.

Im in the exact same boat..
I ordered about 24 hours ago and no confirmation, and I dont have access to the email my paypal account is linked to (I knew I should have updated first).

If anyone at the office reads this post - Pleeeeaaaasssseeeee send the confirmation / download soon.. I am hanging to get stuck into it!..

I sent a copy of my payapl receipt this morning, but haven't heard anything today. Am I going to be out of luck until Monday now?

I just replied, i'm finishing the forum now and then i start processing the mails.
it's not morning around the globe, we live in different timezones, i'm in the US currently...
In belgium people are sleeping and in NZ they are going to bed. (eg our 2 offices, and one 3rd coming soon)
