Cant Sign In 4.05 Standalone

Hi Guys,

I just checked i could still log into 4.04 and I could. I then uninstalled the 4.04 Standalone and downloaded and installed 4.05. I cant seem to log in. I have not been on wiindows long so I dont understand firewalls etc because Ive used a mac all my life and not had to play around with firewalls etc.

Please could someone advise me on what to do?

EDIT - I got it working. I had an app blocking it. It worked after a restart.
