Hi guys,
i am trying to acces point uv attribute in octane standalone.
in houdini octane is able to use my uv's on particles to map a texture :
but when i import my alembic inside octane standalone, it looks that octane is unable to access to the uv info ?
i was wondering why ? and if there is a way to bypass that ?
Maybe OSL projection might help in that scenario ?
Thanks for your lights !
Cheers
E
ps: i have attach the abc file just in case
Is there a way to access uv attribute on point objects ?

Well it looks that octane handle UV on point as octane own UV Projection node does work on point cloud. So the feature looks to be implemented.
My bet is that the problem come from the Scene node and the abc importer that is unable to read points UV on input geometry.
