I'm trying to understand how Motion blur works in Cinema plugin and it sometimes does not work as expected. Imagine a simple project with moving camera, static ground and an aeroplane that is being followed by a camera.
Motion blur is enabled in Render setting and camera tag has it enabled.
1. Rendering in LV and to picture viewer whole image is blurred.
2. Adding an object tag with motion blur disabled to the aeroplane renders with whole blurred image. Same result in LV and picture viewer.
3. Adding an object tag with motion blur set to Transform to the aeroplane whole image is blurred in LV. In final render only background is blurred.

My questions are: how to have the same motion blur look in LV and in final render? Why setting motion blur to disabled in object tag does not work it this case?

Example file in attachment.

LV and PV will give exact same blur if you use default settings for render settings.

It's what you see in a new scene

I copied the animation to a new document. Didn't change the render setting. Rendering in PV works as expected. Rendering in LV its is random. Sometimes whole image is blurred, sometimes it renders like in PV.

Another issue:
After changing "object motion blur" of an aeroplane to Disabled in Octane Object Tag object is still blurred.

Please check motion blur topics in manual. LV is working with live data from viewport and needs to be cached. So it can give different results if you jum between different frames or change some objects. Restart LV to see correct results.
Also you can have MB effect if you have animated camera.

Thank you for the answer. I always ask questions if finding answers to them in the manual is not possible.

Regarding the tip for restarting the LV this doesn't seems like a proper solution. In Standalone or in Blender plugin such issues when jumping around frames don't happen.

It's about design and what is provided by Host Software. Please respect what I try to explain.

Thank you for trying to explain.

Is the limitations of C4D the reason that makes such issues compared to Standalone or Blender plugin?

Can you explain why a 3d object with Octane Object tag is still blurred while it has motion blur disabled? Is it because it ignores camera blur?

Is Camera object a child of an aeroplane?
