Hi,

All of a sudden my Octane Live account doesn't work. This means I can't open Octane.
I was using the Maya plug in at the time and was up to frame 155, so I guess that Octane has opened on my computer 155 times in the last hour or so. Could this be anything to do with it?
Is it a problem with your server maybe?

Can you help?

Thanks

It's either Rad & the team are doing maintenance or flying toward a tropical island.

I wonder what the legality is of selling software that relies on the suppliers server being up. After all software houses should have escro agreements whereby a third party is put in charge of the software in the event of the company folding. If Reflective folds, we are all left with software that is useless.

come on, there's lots of renderfarm, cloud and remote apps for rent.
we're just making sure we don't fold due to piracy and we are preparing for the future.
we also won't fold soon at all, we can't keep up with the incoming sales currently, we're expanding with administrative people in the new bigger office now to handle it.
