Hi,
in native engine when I want hide an object from reflections (in other metal objects) I simply turn on the unseen by Rays.
In octane this doesn't works.
There is a ways to hide an object from reflections?
(In houdini section I read a post of 2016, Juanjo wrote: "Sorry, currently Octane doesn't have this feature. You can hide objects from the camera rays and from the shadows, but not from the reflection/refraction rays." Maybe is something changed in these years?)
Thank you
Bye
Gianluca

Does Calus' awesome "raytype_contribution" OSL for Octane work in Lightwave? Sounds like exactly what you're after.
