RTX Support fpr C4D Plugin

sorry I'm sure it's written anywere but I can't find it:

So will there (and if yes, when) be an updated C4D Plugin which will fully support the RTX technology?

Hi John,
yes it will!
But not before that Standalone is arrived at 2019.2, now we are at second alpha 2019.1, so there is still some time to wait, but RTX support is going to arrive also in c4doctane.

do I understand it right ? Up to now I can´t use Octane Render in C4D on a Computer with RTX2080TI Cards ?????

Yes sure, I’m using an RTX GPU with c4doctane from November ‘18.
Have a look at the OctaneBench 4.00c results, RTX GPUs are pretty fast also with CUDA:
