Octane menu links in Houdini

Hi Juanjo,

I just installed the Octane 2018.1.2.0 plugin for Houdini and noticed that the 'Plugin Manual' and 'Plugin Tutorials' links in the Octane menu resolve to 404 pages in the browser. This is probably something you're aware of, but thought I'd point it out just in case.
