Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my licence from Octane 4 to Enterprise All Access.
After installing the 2018.1.3 - 14.36 Maya plugin, when I turn on all GPUs Octane prints "can't activate device 2, because the maximum limit of 2 GPUs has been reached"

Is there a 2 GPU limit on 2018 or is there another issue? My CUDA driver is 417.71 and 4 cards run fine with 4.04 - 13.45. The 4 cards are all GeForce GTX Titan X.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Sorry if this has been covered before, but I did not find anything after searching the forum and Google.

Thanks!

SOLVED -

Always get your downloads from the releases page! I had mistakenly installed the "Studio" plugin instead of "Enterprise"

Also the links in the plugin release threads are listed in a switched order compared to octane standalone release thread,
so it's easy to mixup, almost like if this trap was made on purpose ...
