Maybe I'm wrong because I'm not an expert but it seems a color space issue.
Look at the image. it's the same wood: on the left the pic is a screenshot from windows (maybe Adobe RGB or similar). On the right the pic is from photoshop with sRGB.
I tried to render a sphere with this wood inside Rhino and Octane in linear mode. The image is close to the sRGB image.

I am sorry, but from the information you have provided, I do not understand what problem you are having. When I loaded the scene into Rhino, everything seemed OK. If you can provide more details, I can try to help you. But perhaps first check it is not a specific issue with Rhino or the app you are using to view your bitmaps.So there's no way to fix how Rhino changes the colours compared to other apps?
