Any time I try to build accurate parts, like the clear housing of a beacon light for a service truck, I get trouble with Ray Epsilon. It seems that I can never make the value small enough without introducing artifacts elsewhere in the shot. Sometimes I can get away with losing the shell geo, but I would rather not have to resort to such a hacky solution.
