license conflict with itself,and not available issue

my machine went blue screen during render last time,i restart c4d ,it pops up license not available,in used on MY PC.

it is strange,why do my computer conflict with itself?

then i have to unlock on the website.

I have encountered this problem several times.unlock count used up several times too..I know that I can email to otoy to reset the counter earlier,

is there some solution to avoid this problem..?

Even if it is closed normally, sometime this problem also appears

Hi,
which kind of internet connection do you have?
If the IP address is changing while c4doctane is active, the licenses are sticked to the old IP address, and if you close c4doctane, the licenses stay active, and cannot be deactivated on exit.
You need to manually deactivate the licenses by pressing the Sign-Out button in Octane Settings/Account panel.

Er...i always use a proxy ..it will automatically identify foreign websites and skip domestic websites...the proxy ip changes every 5 min...

what is the your ip address of login server..? i add a additional manually..
