This is an issue that I'm dealing with on both R19 and R20, each using a different version of Octane.

When I go to Settings>Devices and I select my 3 GPUs (GTX 1080, GTX 1080 Ti, RTX 2080) it still won't use one of my GPUs. As soon as I close the settings window and I open it again, only 2/3 cards is selected. I can't seem to select all three and save the settings. I tried adding a preset under Presets>Add new preset, but as soon as I open the settings again there is one card that remains unselected. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

hi there,

if You have monthly subscription, it is limited to two cards. So in order to work with more cards You need different licence to start with. I guess that's Your case.

Thanks, Glimpse. Do you happen to know which is the next up license that will allow me to use 3 cards?

I'm confused as to the GPU limitations. On this link it states Octane v4 supports more than 2 GPUs under the subscription plan: viewtopic.php?t=69646
But when I go to the subscription page it lists the 2 GPU limit again: https://home.otoy.com/render/octane-ren ... criptions/

Am I missing something here?

V4 monthly subscription did have more cards, but from 2018 You can only use up to two cards at the same time. Unless, You have full licence + Annual extension (200/Year), that now supports up to 40 GPUs.

all You need to get is one of these: https://home.otoy.com/render/octane-render/purchase/

or if You already have v3/v4, simply choose upgrade and take Annual extension:
