I purchased a subscription license for the C4d plugin a few days ago but the forum isn't letting me post in the licensed users forum.
(I'm brand new to octane btw) When selecting some items (octane camera, octane IES light & Vectron) a pop-up is showing up and telling me:
"Error reading resource
file '/Applications/MAXON/CINEMA 4D R15/plugins/c4doctane/res/description/octanecameraexp.res'
Line 90"
After clicking ok, it pops up like 4 times in a row and then an ordinary camera appears in the object window in C4d.
But that file the pop-up is referencing is there correctly installed in that exact location in my system. I tried reinstalling and also tried making sure permissions were read&write, but still not working. What do I do?
Error loading resource....but it's there.

After much trial and error, I downloaded an older version of octane: "OctaneStudio-for-C4D-V3.08.2-R3-Macosx" and it seems like everything works fine now. I'm on an old version of C4d; R15, so something about the programming after V3.08.2 does not work with R15.
