fitting output in viewport

hi, i am not sure how to fit the output into the viewport. I am rendering HD 1920x1080 and its not fitting into the viewport. so when zoom out to see all the objects, and then save out the image, the image is not the view I was seeing....

I was not able to find anything on this.

Hold Ctrl down to zoom the whole viewport rather than zoom in the view.

There should be a zoom extents button
