Octane license (UNITY) activation result: Cancelled

I think the problem is caused by my reinstall of system.
Because there's no detail information. I use an HTTP Sniffer to get more information.
I found it my subscription is still active in previous system.
But my system is totally reinstalled.
My computer name is changed.
Is there a way to deactivate my previous subscription?

It looks like your licence has been linked to another computer (Or the previous installation of your current PC)
If you go to this link you can log in with your unity account (Or your octane account if you are using that)
https://account.otoy.com/sign_in
When you are logged in go to subscriptions and unlock your unity subscription.

I'm having the same issue when I try and press the activate button. What else can I do to troubleshoot?

Hi,
I've found that using an older 2017 version of Unity with the latest version of the Octane plugin successfully activated. Then when I use a newer 2018 Unity version the activation will work as well. There does still seem to be an issue with 2019 versions of Unity though but that seems to be an issue with the plugin installation and not the activation.
