Hi,

We resolved the issue (it was related due to our fast growth in terms of octanelive/database clustering infrastructure.

Please, and to all others (future) customers , concerning accounts or any other personal information, please contact us by email and don't post on the public forums, as your licenses/accounts/personal information is not a good idea to post on a public area of the forum for your own privacy and identity protection.

Our administrative personell will reply to your account issue(s) asap.
