Hi ,
i was wondering is there a way to use the node editor when editing the texture of the Texture Environment or HDRI environment, or editing the material on a OctaneObject Tag when using it to render particles.
Tried drag and dropping stuff in the editor, tried the menu settings. Looked in the help menu (briefly). If there is a way, i cant find it.
Thanks.

Hi,
It's just working with materials. Not considered to work with other types.

Thanks for the answer.
Too bad it doesn't work with material attributes on these kind of objects though. That would have been very convenient especially when editing VDB materials - now it takes a lot of going back and forth in the attributes editor.
Cheers
