error message on the console

Hi!
I have a strange error message this morning with the Modo plugin.
Whenever I try to render, I get this error message in the console :

I am authenticated but it does not change anything.
There is a reason for this message please?

Hi. I have reported this error to OTOY, who will investigate. In the meantime, I suggest restarting your PC - hopefully that will get you up and running.

Thanks Paul, I'm having the same issue.

Octane will still render and everything still seems to work so in my case anyway it's just an annoying popup.

I'm seeing it too and contacted support, so they know about it.

Hopefully they sort it out soon.

Same thing for me
I restarted my PC but nothing changes.
I reported this issue to support
They are working on a solution

Same here. The render stopped the first time it came up. Maybe i should invest in a dongle...

This error should be gone now, this was caused due to an issue on the server side so no changes or updates are required on your side.

Should this happen again at any point please let us know.

Actually now this has come up I have to mention a personal gripe with the licensing verification used by Otoy and how it checks every single time modo is launched and octane initialized. Especially annoying if one is launching and closing modo 10+ times a day, having to sit through the annoying pause while octane checks with each launch. Foundry are on the right track, they only check once a month. Maybe that's too long in between checks for Otoy that's not for me to say but surely something like that can be implemented, once a week? even once a day is better than 10+ times a day.
