Maya not seeing license

I just downloaded Subscritpion standalone 4.02.2

and Octane Render for Maya OSX 13.32

I removed previous versions of the plugin in the Maya plugin manager and signed out of Otoy Activation

Web site shows I have all my Maya licenses available

Any ideas?
