Just an exercise. let bake for about 30 mins getting about 1.5 Mpx/sec. I got better results after raising the reflection on the specular materials. I got some bad seam when i applied bump to get the ridged look, so had to change camera angle to hide it.

the reflections in the ice look electric!

path tracing or direct lighting?

looks good, don't drink so it's more appetizing as apple juice :D , but good looking images

nice, but a less uniform environment with some different coloured (blackbody) emitters on the sides would give a more rea; environment and some nice caustics ;)
