Thanks for your suggestions. I somehow got 417.35 installed and am back up and running. I had to remove windows 10 updates. Anyway thanks for your help take care.

418.91 is out. Is it works fine with Octane ?

Download iobit --> Select everything nvidia and uninstall.
Restart and let windows reinstall the driver automatically
Itll install the driver for 417.
You may have to download it here and run it to kickstart the driver:
