Not that I know of.
It could be that something went wrong with your ISP DNS caching - in that sort of case, the only thing you can do is wait for them to update.

Is there a way to way with octane without any internet connection ?

We have recently received a number of reports regarding issues accessing our services, and have identified that all the customers affected were based in France and registered to the same ISP (Orange).

Good morning,
I have encountered the same problem yesterday evening. Luckily I wasn't in a rush and went to bed.
My ISP is also Orange.
I was unable to open my files, plugin wouldn't activate. Same error message as posted previoulsy.
While I was able to browse otoy's website and the public part of this forum, I was unable to reach this section of the forum as I couldn't login. Login page wouldn't load.
I was already using a different DNS service (8.8.8.8). It didn't help.
This maakes me think, the problem wasn't Orange. Or I don't understand how DNS works...
I hope this helps you resolve this problem. Which can be very frustrating...
