Authentification did not succeed - Urgent !!

Hi,
no way to launch octane, authentification does not succeed...
Internet access works perfectly, computer and internet boxes rebooted.

Even the account page on the forum is not reachable...
Ticket submitted to the Otoy team, no answer or the moment...

Big job to render for tomorrow...

Any one having same issue ?

What error are you getting? Can you send us a screenshot?

Are you using a proxy? Have you had any updates installed recently? Can you try disabling your firewall and try again?

I haven't changed a single thing on my computer or any informatique elements since yesterday 11pm...

Are you able to access any other website using https?

For example are you able to access https://google.com or https://gmail.com?

I have accès to any website...

Did you do something ? access to the toy account works now... And plugin also works...
I haven't done anything here...
