About the tutorial, I do think in the near future to make a little tutorial (video or PDF) about making a scene, optimizing meshes for octane (3dsmax), exporting, setting up materials, lightning cameras, etc. I then reveal the water trick :)
For now I'm a bit overwhelmed with work and can't find the time.. but for sure you'll get one, exclusively for Octane members..

a tutorial would be awesome... I'm very new to Octane (and rendering in general) so I could use some tutorials :D

Andrian, did you use texture environment or daylight ? When i use an image with texture environment, the scene is too dark !
