I have multiple Octane cameras in 3ds Max and would like to be able to render them all in Octane as a Batch Render.

Is it possible to simply bring in all the cameras when exporting the 3ds Max scene to standalone?
If not, is it possible to batch render within 3ds Max?
I've tried both without success so far.

I would like a way to use all the cameras that exist in the 3ds Max file since they were imported from Revit and it is much quicker than recreating all the cameras again in Octane Standalone.

Perhaps once crazy workaround would be to copy the settings of each cameras onto one cameras at different frames. Tha way you could export only one camera, but each frame is a different location.

Realistically, I want to find an easy way to take one single file and batch render: unwrapped light maps, regular 2d cameras and identical cubemap cameras (at the same space as the regular 2d cameras).

I found this thread and tried the method with 3ds Max with no success:

Whatever export settings Octane uses are not the same as 3ds Max's. As you can see in the image below, the cameras don't export the same when I use 3ds MAx versus if I use Octane to export:

I figured out that to match, the CAMERAS file has to be rescaled to inches. It can then be used to place cameras by plugging these nodes into Render Targets.

I would prefer if I could just export the cameras as part of the ORBx, less manual work would be required.

I also cannot transform these cameras into 360 cameras. I was wonderring if there is a way to extract the position node only of these cameras so that I can plug them into matching 360 cubemap cameras.

I used this script to extract the camera position:

download/file.php?id=48045

Would prefer it to be automated, but this works for now.
