A. Windows 10 Pro v1809
B. 2 x GeForce GTX 1070
C. RAM : 32gb
D. Nvidia driver version 417.35
E. OctaneRender Standalone version 4.01.1 (also tried 4.00, 3.08, 3.07.0 and not having it installed at all)
F. OctaneRender plugin version 4.01.1 - R2 ( also tried 4.00.0, 3.08.4, 3.07.0 R2)
G. R19.068 Build RB245443
H. Octane crashes pretty much immediately upon activating the live viewer. Usually crashes as soon as I try to move the camera once the live viewer is active, sometimes just crashes immediately upon opening + rendering the live viewer. I just reactivated my subscription and installed octane on my copy of C4D R19. I had previously used Octane on this same machine back when I used R17 and had no issues, this is my first time trying it with R19. When I initially launched Octane in C4D it prompted me to download nvidia cuDNN, which I don't remember in the past, but I did as instructed. I tried updating my nVidia drivers to a few different types, no luck. I got it working a little bit with no standalone version installed and 3.07 C4D version, but when I tried to open it the next day, it said my license was already in use, so I restarted C4D, and it started crashing like all the other versions.

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, I'm pretty new to this stuff.

Hi,
please go to c4d menu Script/Console, (Shift+F10), and share a complete screenshot of the panel, thanks.
It seems an issue with Nvidia drivers to me.
Please try to use DDU to completely remove the installed drivers:

Then perform a clean installation of the latest Nvidia drivers for your operating system.
