I'm curious, when I uploaded my first scene (orbx file) it was stuck in processing for more than a week and this I figured something was corrupted on upload or my scene file was too large so I deleted it. I've recently uploaded a different scene because I needed the speed of ORC relative to my on prem resources and it's been processing for days.
What could be the advantage of ORC if I can't start a job with a reasonable amount of time after uploading? I could have rendered on prem by now.
This is not an equitable situation considering the cost relative to other render farms for other renderers. I get that I'm paying to save time but time is not really being saved here.
Please advise. Thank you!
Scenes stuck in processing?
Hi,
did you firstly try to render the .orbx scene in Standalone locally, to check that the scene works correctly?
It is also necessary to estimate more correctly the final cost.
ciao Beppe

First find out what SketchUp version you have installed:
If you still have SketchUp 2019.0.
Once you have installed SketchUp 2019.2, download and install the new version of SU Podium.
