Hi,

can anyone please explain, why I have to make 4 selections before I can load a texture image?
Formerly Octane was listed immediately in the the first menue.

How can I change this please?

Is your c4doctane folder in the correct directory? You might have buried it too deep in your file structure.

That's my guess, but someone more educated might have a better answer!

no, the octane-folder in the c4d plugin folder as usual.

Hoped, that someone else maybe had the same behavior and knows how to fix this.
Hopefully without deleting C4D and Octane prefs.

hmm strange.

In my case, when I put octane in App-Data/Roaming ....( like xparticles) it does not change.
Still 4 steps like before.

Not a big thing, but I thought I could change this somehow!

What's full path? It's not about me and plugin I believe!
