Im using a remote gpu from a render farm company torender a 3d animation..
I installed there my lightwave licence and octane, and i rendered one sequence and everything ok,
But then with other sequences octane crashes when start uploading the objects and there is one object that makes it crashes when Octane try to render the IPR.
Even if i load only that object without all the others object it crashes...
The funny thing is that this object loaded on other pc works very well and I tried everything to make this scenes to work on this specific gpu serverbut no way.
Im using lw 2015.3 and the 4.0 Octane plugin.
works well on a machine with win 10 but I have the problem on a 2012 win server...
Any suggestion?

1 or 2 point polys? some chinese character ACSI in the surfaces?...

Yes, please check all the object surface names. Some international characters can crash the Layout at the scene extraction time. In any case, if you want to send me this object I can take a look at it here to see if I can reproduce the problem.
