talked about the support of all the cores on the 460 in version 1.23-4, or my video card is defective?

No, we have to wait for CUDA 3.2, which will not even be ready for 2.3_pre5

I suppose on looking at it as a glass half full rather than half empty thing.At least with 120 odd shader cores going spare i can render up in the back ground whilst getting on with other things in the foreground with hardly a video card stutter at the moment. :)
